Walkin' on the intersection
of the universe
this planet's gettin' older
the livin's gettin' crowder
the globo problems' gettin' colder
but, I don't care

      People's fightin' for nuthin'
      they're strugglin' for a little stupidities
      they're seizin' for the faith they believe
      nobody tries to understand to each other
      so, should I care?

Tiap hari bocah-bocah Palestine ditembak
diculik, ditangkap, direnggut kemerdekaannya
oleh penjajah Israel
ribuan janda menangisi kepergian para syuhada
tapi, siapa peduli?

      Tiap detik bayi-bayi mati kelaparan
      menjadi santapan gagak
      menjadi ajang pesta lalat gurun pasir
      di Somalia, di Ethiopia, dan di belahan bumi di sana
      di ujung kampung kita
      di bawah jembatan layang
      di gubuk-gubuk di pinggir sungai
      di sana... di sana.... dan di sana
      dan, apa peduli kita?

and when fightin' is the ussual way to get somethin'
and when our party's almost over...
